1. What do I need to book a car?

In order to book a car you need one of the following: credit, debit card, pay pal or pay through our bank account.

At the pick-up time of the car you need: Your voucher, the driver’s credit card, with enough available funds for the car’s security deposit and the driver’s driving license valid for at least 12 months. You will also need the driver’s ID or passport. Since different car rental companies have different requirements, please check the supplier’s terms and conditions.

2. I am 21, can I rent a car?

Most car rental companies have an age requirement between 21 and 70 years old.  If you are under 25, you most probably have to pay an extra fee.

3. Can I book a car for another driver?

This depends on the supplier. Most of them request that the contact is made with the credit card holder. 

4. Which fees are included in the rental price?

Most of our rentals include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection, Unlimited Kilometers, local taxes and road assistance. Extra charges that you will pay are fees for a young driver, additional driver fee, delivery fee, one-way or/and after hours fee. However these are stated as additional costs before you book your car. Please check the Terms & Conditions of any car you’re looking at.

5. How can I cancel my booking? Are there any costs?

You can cancel your booking 48 hours or more prior to the service with no cancellation fees, if you have booked the service directly from Wheelso. Please note that in the case of ‘No show’ the booking is nonrefundable, as it is if it is cancelled in less than 48 hours.
